This free session is an introduction to understanding both the body’s natural responses to trauma and the critical need for hope. Through science and with compassion, participants will be invited to recognize what is going on for us is part of our survival mechanisms. In this difficult and complex time, hopefully coming together across the world in mutual support will bring some ease and connection.
