CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Full conference registration includes access to all sessions, the Virtual Exhibit Hall, Welcome Reception, Award of Excellence Ceremony on Friday evening, and the Roundtable Wrap-Up Session on Sunday. The registration link to the virtual conference platform is non-transferable.
Registrants may access the conference's educational content through Sunday, May 15, 2022.

Continuing education hours granted by the various accrediting agencies are available to Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists for all sessions attended.

For PT/PTAs ONLY - To receive the maximum number of CE credits you must view the content LIVE, April 28–May 1, 2022 at the sessions' designated dates and times. You will also be responsible for completing an online evaluation and submitting the session code for each session attended no later than Monday, May 2, 2022 at 5:00 pm CDT.

For OT/COTAs and SLPs - The main conference content will be available on the virtual platform until Sunday, May 15, 2022. View additional sessions that you missed or rewatch those that you attended. Some states will allow credit for recorded courses that are viewed after the live conference dates.

A CIAO CE Tracker Form with complete instructions will be available for your use during the conference and to keep for your records.It can be found on Whova platform in the “Documents” folder on the “Additional Resources” section.

POSTERS
FRIDAY, APRIL 29 / 12:15 PM CDT
These visual displays present innovative ideas or programs, analysis of practical problem-solving efforts, or reports of research studies. Support your colleagues and gain new insight. The virtual poster presentations will be staffed by the authors on Friday, April 29 from 12:15 –1:15 pm CDT.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be granted only if written cancellation notice is received by NDTA on or before March 28, 2022. No refund will be made for no-shows.

KIM’S SESSION:

Vestibular-Visual Contributions to NDT Practice - 2CEs

April 29, 2022
3:30 PM - 5:30 PM (CDT)

This live and online two-hour session will support clinicians in understanding the neurobiological intersections between vestibular-visual processing and Neuro-Developmental Treatment. Integrating this knowledge assists with clinical reasoning and selection of intentional sensory interventions as adjuncts to NDT’s contributions in supporting posture and movement challenges. Through lecture, video-tape analysis and discussion, this session will expand on participants’ knowledge, observation skills, clinical reasoning and intervention strategies.

Learner Outcomes:

  • Describe neurobiological interactions between vestibular-visual processing and Neuro-Developmental Treatment.

  • List vestibular-visual interventions to support the treatment of posture and movement challenges.

  • Recognize three basic observations of vestibular-visual challenges noted in posture and movement challenges.

  • List three intervention vestibular-visual interventions to support the treatment of posture and movement challenges.
