Beyond the Buzzword: A Deep Dive into True Regulation.

"Regulation" has become a widely used term in clinical and educational spaces, but what does it truly mean?

How does it shape behaviour, emotional well-being, and human connection?

This immersive, in-person workshop, spanning two full days, illuminates the science and practice of regulation.

Participants will explore the intersection of Polyvagal Theory, interception, and emotional integration-gaining practical tools to enhance co-regulation, relationships, resilience, and functional outcomes.

Designed specifically for occupational therapists, this training also supports professionals across diverse disciplines-including educators, clinicians, healthcare providers, and those supporting individuals with neurodiversity and trauma-this workshop offers an inside-out perspective on regulation. Participants will also have the opportunity to deepen their awareness of their own regulatory processes to foster more effective interventions and authentic human connection.
