Caring for others is deeply meaningful, but also emotionally demanding. In today's fast-paced world, many caregivers experience stress, anxiety, and burnout.

This 1.5-day workshop equips practitioners, parents, and care-partners with tools to strengthen emotional well-being and resilience.

Rooted in trauma-sensitive practice and the science of self-regulation, participants will learn to stay grounded and connected, even in challenging moments.

  • Understand how stress and anxiety manifest in the body and mind

  • Recognize how unprocessed stress can affect relationships, self-worth, and caregiving capacity

  • Learn and practice simple, embodied strategies to stay regulated and connected -even in moments of chaos
