This workshop is for you if you’re wondering…

• Why am I feeling so much rage all the time?

• Why are my coping strategies no longer working?

• Why does everything feel harder, louder, and more intense?

• How can I support my loved one who is going through menopause?

About the workshop

Menopause changes more than hormones. For many women, it also shifts how the nervous system takes in and responds to the world. Sounds feel louder, patience runs thinner, and the strategies that used to work suddenly don’t. For neurodivergent women and those carrying a history of trauma, these changes can feel especially intense and confusing.

In this three-hour virtual session, Kim Barthel joins Yumiko Kakutani, RCC, for an engaging conversation that weaves together neurobiology, mental health, and neurodiversity to explore how each shapes the experience of menopause. You’ll come away with a clearer understanding of what’s happening in your body and brain, and why, along with a more compassionate lens for yourself or the people you love.

This workshop is open to anyone navigating menopause, supporting someone who is, or working with clients in this stage of life.

Can’t make it live? Every registrant receives the full recording, available for 365 days, so you can watch on your own time or come back to it whenever you need.
