online: Global Mentorship Alliance

Kim Barthel leads monthly interactive group mentorship sessions with keen therapists from all over the world. This is a brand-new community of practice opportunity for trans-disciplinary networking, the sharing of global best practices, and regulary-scheduled unscripted time with Kim. Each session will be supported by Hilary (leadership specialist, chat management) and Bob (moral support, recordings/production).

Logistics:

Monthly 90 minute Zoom Meeting sessions with no pre-set agendas, any topic is possible, happening the first Tuesday of every month at 5 PM Pacific Time (if timing ever has to be adjusted, advance notice will be provided). Each session will be recorded, slightly edited and made exclusively available to members throughout the year. There is also a members-only online discussion forum that is maintained for directly exploring ideas and sharing resources.

Note that pre-requisites are required:

Each member will have participated in at least 2 workshops with Kim (either in-person or recorded, minimum of 6 hours each) and have read “Conversations with a Rattlesnake: Raw and Honest Reflections on Healing and Trauma” co-authored by Theo Fleury and Kim Barthel.
