FREE 4 X 1 hour online zoom sessions (Wednesdays at 5-6 PM Pacific Time on April 1, 8, 15 & 22)

In this time of vulnerability and uncertainty, our hope for these sessions is to hold space for helpers.

“Holding space means that we are willing to walk alongside another person in whatever journey they’re on without judging them, making them feel inadequate, trying to fix them, or trying to impact the outcome. When we hold space for other people, we open our hearts, offer unconditional support, and let go of judgement and control.”  - Heather Plett, Pathfinder

In doing so together, it’s important that we collectively foster a virtual online space so all who participate feels included and supported. We ask all those joining to be mindful of who’s participating. Preserving the strength of our diverse lives and honoring our independent and collective experiences rests on acknowledging all parts of who we are regardless of nationality, gender identity, ethnicity, ability, colour, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, age, family status, religion or faith. American Sign Language interpretation will also be provided.

We look forward to welcoming you. Anyone wishing to join us, please send us an email to hello@kimbarthel.ca and we will email you the zoom invitations and instructions.

Stay well everyone!
