Description
Based on Kim Barthel's most sought-after international workshop, this two-day, in-person learning experience offers a deeper understanding of why people do what they do. Participants will have the rare opportunity to learn directly from Kim, take part in discussions, and gain practical insights drawn from her more than 42 years of clinical experience.

About the Speaker
Kim Barthel, OTR is a world-renowned occupational therapist, international speaker, mentor and best-selling author from Canada with over 42 years of clinical experience. She is internationally recognized for her work in neurobiology, complex behaviour, trauma-sensitive and neurodiversity-affirming practice, sensory processing, attachment, movement and mental health.
Kim is an Advanced Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) Instructor, a Sensory Integration Therapy Instructor, and a contributor to several therapy textbooks. She received the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapy Award of Merit (2019) and the ATTACH Innovation Award (2025) for her outstanding contributions to children with unique needs. Her mission is to help people become their best selves through compassionate, evidence-informed practice.
